Recruitment process
Step 1. All applications received go through a preselection process. According to the information provided in your application we select people for who we think would match the best the position they applied for.

Step 2. After we select people who best match the requirements for the position, we invite you for short written tests that include testing your business awareness, mathematical competence and English language skills (test and short essay).

Step 3. If your written test results are satisfactory you will be invited for a series of interviews.

Step 4. Job offer – this means that all of your qualifications and impressions from the interviews were more than positive and we are making an offer to you.
