Staff includes locally and internationally qualified professionals – in addition to locally registered auditors, staff includes UK, Australian and Canadian Chartered Accountants and UK Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), as well as lawyers qualified in Croatia, Canada and the UK.
Our management group includes expatriates who have trained and qualified abroad, as well as Croatian nationals recruited in Croatia for training and professional qualification in our London office, who have now returned to Croatia. Our staff combine the advantages of fluency in Croatian and local business awareness with international best practice.
Our local graduate recruits have benefited from the training and coaching afforded by the high proportion of resident foreign qualified partners and managers. In addition, we were the first accounting firm in Croatia to enrol our staff in the UK’s Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) programme. Six generations of trainees have completed this programme and are now fully qualified accountants with full ACCA membership. Our professionals are also Croatian registered auditors.

KPMG Croatia d.o.o. was incorporated in 1993 by our London office which was initially responsible for its development into a self-sufficient local operation now comprising 5 resident partners, 8 directors and some 190 staff.
